  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Order Confirmation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.

  • Order confirmation will be communicated via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed only after payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Karachi: Delivery within 3–4 business days

  • Outside Karachi: Delivery within 5–6 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

  • Customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restriction.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details.

  • We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Customers are responsible for receiving the order at the provided address.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors

  • Misuse of products

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

Governing Law
